We are seeking a driven and capable Branch Manager to lead and optimise the performance of our branch at Brendale. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational, safety, and customer service excellence.
* Oversee all aspects of branch operations including fleet management, equipment logistics, and service delivery.
* Drive revenue growth through customer relationships, sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Manage branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and accurate documentation processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role with strong commercial acumen.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve results.
* Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
* Experience managing operational performance, including fleet, logistics, or service delivery.
* Financial literacy, with the ability to interpret reports and manage budgets effectively.
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the hire, construction, or related industry is highly regarded.
