Overview

The role assists the line manager in product and service development process and lifecycle to compete in the market and meet corporate customers' demand.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the Bank's objectives and goals.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, paid advertising, etc.).
* Manage and optimize both digital marketing channels (websites, social media, digital channel) and offline channel to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain a content calendar to strategically plan and schedule content in advance.
* Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and provide regular report to stakeholders.
* Manage digital marketing budgets and develop performance forecasts to ensure effective allocation of resources.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (retail product, corporate product, sales, other stakeholders) to ensure alignment and coordination across marketing efforts.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve marketing strategies.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, paid advertising).
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analytics tools.
* Ability to work independently and have a high sense of teamwork.
* Effective cross-functional collaborator, ensuring marketing aligns with business goals and leverages shared resources.
* Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and craft impactful marketing content for diverse audiences.
* Creative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
