Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Art Director who can work hands‐on and own and guide the creative process from ideation to execution. You'll be part of a tightly-knit creative team working with brands across food & beverage, telecommunications, entertainment, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Integrate art, copy, and editing techniques, and guide the team across each.
* Create high‐speed, high‐volume creative output as a creator and ideator.
* Collaborate with large creative groups and cross‐functional disciplines within the agency.
* Provide high‐quality, actionable feedback to team members.
* Connect culture and content to make concise and relevant creative recommendations.
* Champion the look‐and‐feel of the brands, adhering to style guides.
* Support CD, ACD, and help win new business pitches.
* Review and optimise junior output, fostering development as creative problem solvers.
* Assist in creating and delivering creative solutions for content and larger campaign initiatives.
* Help develop company‐wide creative processes: voice and content workshops, brief sessions, brainstorms, emerging tech and social opportunities, and innovate campaign work.
* Apply latest social best‐practices to every creative opportunity.
* Master industry best practices and articulate the unique VaynerMedia POV.
* Display strong creative vision and understanding of client and agency business needs.
Experience & Qualifications
* 7+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field in the Australian market.
* Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce video, photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc.
* Self‐starter who delivers excellence without direct supervision.
* Manage rapid‐fire requests and tight timelines while maintaining a proactive attitude.
* Logical, innovative problem‐solver under pressure.
