Position Summary
Permanent role within Fulton Hogan's Trenchless Technologies business, supporting the Victorian Utilities sector. Opportunity for career progression and on‐the‐job skill development.
Responsibilities
* Operate Excavators (20T and larger), Posi‐Tracks, Tipper and HR Trucks.
* Set up job sites safely in accordance with worksite supervisor requirements and complete JSEA / Pre‐Start forms.
* Interpret DBYD plans and locate underground assets before works commence.
* Maintain site vehicles and plant, ensuring cleanliness and safe working order.
* Report day‐to‐day productivity and issues to engineers and supervisors.
* Implement environmental controls in accordance with site CEMPs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Trade qualifications desirable but not mandatory.
* Experience in civil construction, preferably in the Water sector.
* Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
* Valid driver's licence; HR Truck licence highly regarded.
* Preferable tickets for Excavator, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Rigger/Dogman and understanding of maintenance for designated machinery.
* Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude and on‐site problem‐solving expertise.
