We are looking for skilled Assemblers to join a leading production team. This role involves the precision assembly of heavy‐duty metal housings and internal structural supports. The successful candidate will ensure all units meet exact technical specifications for structural integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly: Build and secure metal outer casings and internal frameworks using technical drawings and wiring schedules.
* Component Fitting: Position internal components using insulators and brackets, ensuring precise alignment.
* Pneumatic Tools: Operate and maintain pneumatic nut‐runners and screwdrivers, following correct air‐source connection sequences and performing regular tool lubrication.
* Quality & Torque: Apply specific torque requirements to all joints to ensure safety and conduct visual inspections to maintain "built to spec" quality.
Shift & Training:
* Initial Training (2 Months): Day Shift, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
* Ongoing Shift: Afternoon Shift, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM.
* Requirement: The candidate must be available for the day‐shift training and fully committed to the afternoon shift long‐term.
Selection Criteria:
* Proven experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing.
* Essential: Proficiency with pneumatic air tools and torque‐specific fastening.
* Ability to interpret technical assembly drawings and production guides.
* Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
* Ability to work independently following the training period.
