We are currently seeking experienced Civil Foremen to join leading civil construction and infrastructure projects across Sydney. These are excellent opportunities to work with reputable contractors delivering major road, utilities, earthworks, and infrastructure developments throughout the region.

About the role
Working across busy civil construction sites, you will be responsible for supervising crews and coordinating daily site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising civil crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations
* Coordinating earthworks, drainage, utilities, roads, and concrete works
* Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and project documentation
* Ensuring works are completed to project deadlines and quality standards
* Conducting pre‐starts, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
* Managing plant, equipment, and material requirements on site
* Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations
* Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients
* Assisting with scheduling and workforce coordination
* General site supervision duties as required
To be successful, you will possess the following:
* Proven experience as a Civil Foreman within civil construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience supervising earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utilities projects
* Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety practices
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities
* Reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
* Relevant tickets, licences, and qualifications highly regarded
* Current driver's licence and own transport preferred
