CBC Group is excited to offer a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join our growing Melbourne team, based in our office in Keilor Park. In this role, you’ll support our hospitality client and play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly. About the role: Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll work closely with a team of trades and administrators to manage high-volume coordination and administrative tasks. Your focus will be ensuring that work requests are accurately tracked, allocated, and completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the CMMS system to ensure accurate data management Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness Allocate work orders to contractors across multiple trades (e.g., Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical) Ensure asset registers comply with safety regulations and industry standards Manage contract documentation and assist with reporting requirements and milestones Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings Provide timely updates and communication to contractors and stakeholders About You We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proven experience managing high-volume administrative workloads Previous experience in Facilities Management or Retail environments (highly regarded) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Requirements • National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Why join CBC?
