Teaching Allied Health Professionals
Vocational education and training are key components of a thriving society. To meet this need, we seek experienced teachers to deliver outcome-focused programs that connect with industry, schools, universities, community groups, and other VET providers.
The role involves teaching and leading the development of students' skills and knowledge in Allied Health settings. Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing curriculum plans
* Utilizing flexible learning techniques
* Maintaining currency with industry practices
* Participating in continuous improvement activities
To be successful, applicants must have vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed, along with relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant or registration as an Allied Health Professional. A minimum of 3 years' professional experience working in Allied Health Services is also required.
