Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have a work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness.
You will conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living. You will also conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers. Additionally, you will help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return-to-work goal. You will engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology. You must also be eligible for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation, upon graduating (ESSA must be Accredited Exercise Physiologist, not scientist). Holding a full drivers' license is also essential.
