Assistant Site Manager - Traditional and Timber New Build Housing
We're looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a new-build housing site in Cambridge working for one of the largest PLC's
What you'll be doing
Supporting the site team on a busy traditional/timber build housing scheme
Coordinating trades & subcontractors
Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point
Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting
What you'll need
Previous experience as an ASM or FM on new build housing sites
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
A proactive, reliable attitude and good eye for detail
Available to start ASAP
