The Executive Manager - Control Room, Organisational Conflicts Compliance plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's compliance framework and operating model relating to organisational conflicts. This includes oversight of Transactional Conflicts Management, Research Conflicts, and Information Barrier requirements across investment/institutional banking.

This role partners with a wide range of internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage conflicts of interest in a fast-paced and evolving environment. As a senior member of the team, the role supports the organisation in meeting its regulatory obligations in relation to day-to-day organisational conflicts management.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead initiatives to strengthen understanding and compliance with Transactional Conflicts Management and Information Barrier requirements through training and education programs.
* Provide expert advisory support to business units on transactional conflict matters, including guidance on deal-related conflicts and updates to internal systems.
* Represent the Organisational Conflicts function in governance forums, presenting and discussing transactional conflict matters as required.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on conflict-related issues.
* Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of management reports relating to conflicts of interest.
* Maintain and enhance systems and tools used to record and monitor organisational conflicts and information barriers.
* Proactively identify and support the management of conflicts risks across the organisation.
* Contribute to broader compliance and risk initiatives and support strategic priorities of the wider team.
Key Skills & Experience Technical Expertise
* Demonstrated experience in transactional conflicts management within a regulated environment.
* Strong understanding of information barriers and organisational conflicts frameworks.
* Experience in maintaining compliance tools and systems for conflicts management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
* Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business activities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve complex conflicts matters.
* Excellent prioritisation skills, with the ability to assess risk and escalate appropriately.
* Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

The role requires a balance of technical knowledge, commercial insight, and strong interpersonal capability to effectively manage conflicts risk and support regulatory compliance.
