We provide high-quality services across South Eastern Sydney, including in-home aged care, social groups for older adults, disability support, settlement assistance and community development.
With offices in Hurstville, Bexley, Kogarah and Sutherland, ADS maintains strong connections within local communities, collaborating with stakeholders, government, and organisations. We are seeking a visionary Executive Manager to lead our aged care and disability services, supporting older adults to live independently and safely at home through culturally inclusive, person-centred care.
About the Role
As a key member of the executive leadership team, this senior role directs the strategic vision, quality assurance, and operational performance of ADS's aged care and disability services. The position ensures all aged care and disability services deliver high-quality, person-centred care while meeting rigorous clinical and regulatory standards.
Reporting directly to the CEO, your role focuses on three core pillars: quality of care, regulatory compliance, and strategic scalability.
Key accountabilities
* Provide strategic leadership across all ADS's aged and disability services
* Strengthen governance, compliance and risk frameworks
* Lead organisational change and transformation to enhance operational efficiency, service capacity and outcomes
* Strong financial stewardship and oversight
* Drive service growth and innovation
* Lead, develop and empower a high-performing workforce
About you
* Proven senior executive experience within the home care or aged care sector
* Track record leading strategic initiatives, leading internal and external audits, implementing sector reform and managing complex risk and compliance frameworks
* Excellent understanding of aged care and disability regulations, standards and best practice
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance outcomes across client bases, revenue streams and optimise workforce productivity to ensure long‐term organisational sustainability
* Strong financial management skills
* Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, health or a related field
Compliance Requirement
* A satisfactory NDIS worker Screening Check (including National Criminal History Police Check)
* A valid NSW Working With Children Check
* Right to work in Australia
* Current NSW driver's licence
