Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to lead our audiology team in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. As a key member of our allied health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality comprehensive audiology services to patients, clients, and carers.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in clinical audiology, with eligibility for full membership of the Audiological Society of Australia or equivalent qualification. They will also have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality comprehensive audiology assessment and intervention services to patients, clients, and carers.
Leading the audiology team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services across the district.
Working collaboratively with the allied health team, speech pathology head of discipline, and other stakeholders to achieve district goals and objectives.
This is a temporary parental leave relief position until February 2027, with the possibility of extension at same or reduced hours.
