Corporate Office (can be based in Hobart, Launceston, Port Sorell or Burnie)

We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.

What we need

We have a Permanent Part Time opportunity for a highly motivated, outside the box thinker to join our team as a Corporate Rostering Officer!

What will you do?

* Management of the daily rostering of employees
* Ensuring sick leave, annual leave and general vacancies are filled with suitably skilled staff that meet contractual and EBA requirements.
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems and sick leave certificatesand arrange orientation fornew staff as necessary.
* Maintain internal education records.
* Complete other ad‐hoc administration duties as directed by the Rostering Manager

What you bring to the role

* Demonstrated experience in contemporary record keeping
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
* Rostering Experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting (highly desirable)
