Overview
State Street Alpha team is looking for a highly qualified End to End solution architect to help drive solutions in our Alpha Front to Back platform. The candidate should have a proven track record of aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with stakeholders, including global business architects and product leads, to identify business solutions that meet client and product outcomes. The role requires comfort working in a high-growth, complex, fast-paced environment, helping to drive the firm's strategy and Alpha product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all aspects of solution and architecture design through both the sales and implementation process.
* Capture and document business requirements from clients, product management teams, implementation and operations teams, and third-party vendors to support strategic projects.
* Document and/or diagram system and process flows to record critical components and represent them in a schematic diagram.
* Ensure client requirements fall within our agreed offering or flag and present them at the change control forum and Alpha Design Council.
* Support implementation programs to identify and deliver solution deliverables arising during the implementation of the target state model and operational workflows.
* Establish a framework for identifying non-standard requirements and drive solutions that align client needs with Alpha product development & capability.
* Ensure client sign-off is obtained and tracked for all requirements.
* Contribute to delivery across functional areas to deliver solutions, standardizing and driving product development where possible.
* Work across the end-to-end lifecycle, bringing the relevant teams and stakeholders together on project deliverables.
* Support the build-out of a Solution Architecture team in APAC that can support multiple concurrent sales initiatives and implementation programs.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Deep knowledge of front office systems, middle office and data management.
* Extensive operational experience with a broad range of security types, including complex derivatives and alternatives.
* Knowledge of the end-to-end investment management cycle.
* Degree qualified in a financial or analytical discipline, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.
* Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and PowerPoint.
* Experience in Agile software development, systems thinking and/or professional services is an asset.
* Willingness and ability for potential travel.
* Prior experience with State Street and the Alpha platform is a plus.
