Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and execute daily human resource activities across multiple sites. This involves providing comprehensive generalist HR support, advice, and coaching to employees, frontline managers, and team leaders.
* Provide expert HR guidance on contemporary practices, including relevant Acts, Regulations, Awards, industrial Agreements, legislation, policy, and procedures.
* Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of key HR initiatives focused on enhancing site capability, improving engagement levels, and effective people management.
About You
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist management within operational environments.
* Demonstrated strong coaching and business partnering skills with the ability to connect and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
