About the Role
This hybrid role combines strategic account management with hands‐on project delivery. You'll nurture client relationships, manage end‐to‐end event execution, and act as the key liaison between sales, creative, operations, and the client. The ideal candidate is both commercially savvy and highly organised, with a passion for delivering design‐forward events that exceed expectations. Sales targets must be consistently met to retain and grow the key accounts managed.
What You'll Do
Client & Account Management
* Develop and grow strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.
* Support business planning and sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
* Assist in segmenting the market and collaborating with team members to share leads and opportunities.
* Deliver accurate, competitive pricing and prepare tailored proposals and RFP responses.
* Track sales pipeline and client activity, reporting weekly on performance and forecasts.
Project Management & Event Delivery
* Manage end‐to‐end delivery of multiple events and activations — from brief through to bump out.
* Lead internal teams and suppliers to execute event logistics with precision and flair.
* Conduct site inspections, inductions and risk assessments, and create detailed run‐sheets to ensure smooth onsite execution.
* Collaborate with creative, warehouse, and operations teams to translate client briefs into reality.
* Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget.
Creative Input & Strategic Contribution
* Contribute to brand awareness initiatives, social media, and new business development campaigns
* Provide strategic advice on market trends and client needs to guide company growth.
* Lead by example in professionalism, communication, and client service.
What You'll Bring
* 3 + years in event production, project management, or sales (ideally a mix).
* Strong client‐facing skills and ability to manage expectations and deliver high‐quality outcomes.
* Proven experience managing multiple large‐scale projects concurrently.
* Familiarity with quoting tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot)
* Commercial acumen and understanding of profitability and pricing strategy.
* Proven success managing accounts with high‐profile and high net worth clients.
* Strong background working with corporate clients, caterers, event planners, and private clients.
* High level of creative, strategic, and execution skills.
* Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs, budgets, and sales targets.
* Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
