About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things Karrinyup Store. This is a fixed term part time position at 30 hours per week, ending June 2027.
* Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported
* Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
* Managing high stock volumes – you're hands‐on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
* A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you
* Self‐motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods
* Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad‐hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
