Job Title: Artisan Baker

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to established standards and procedures.
* Process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products in accordance with company guidelines.
* Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service.
* Unload stock and reload salvage efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Personal Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be willing to participate in training and work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
* Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
* Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (in English). Ability to write simple correspondence (in English) and effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
* Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations using units of American money and weight measurement.
* Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving standardized situations.
* Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Complete Company's training, including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
Work Environment:
The associate will work in a moderate environment and be frequently exposed to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is usually moderate to loud.
