* Forge collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive organizational alignment.
* Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
* Maintain forecasting accuracy through regular forecast meetings with sales leadership.
* Develop revenue planning roadmaps, headcount models, and sales capacity plans.
* Optimize sales processes, including territory alignment and pipeline hygiene, to boost overall productivity.
* Build dynamic dashboards delivering real-time views into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution.
* Partner with leaders to sculpt winning sales strategies by surfacing crucial insights.
* Align compensation plans and quota-setting with strategic financial goals in collaboration with Finance.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and eliminate friction points in the buyer journey.
* Provide essential performance insights, trends, and forward-looking projections for executive and board-level reporting.
