We're looking for a detail-driven and commercially minded Ecommerce Trade & Website Content Specialist to join the Marketing team at Medi Aesthetics, part of Wesfarmers Health.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the performance of our ecommerce websites through best-in‐class content, merchandising and campaign execution. A bit about the role
As the Ecommerce Trade & Website Content Specialist, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day trading and content execution across our ecommerce websites. Working closely with Brand, Ecommerce and MarTech teams, you'll deliver campaigns, promotions and website updates that drive bookings, sales and customer engagement.
You'll own onsite campaign execution, website content management, merchandising and product launches, ensuring every customer interaction is accurate, engaging and aligned to commercial objectives.
What you'll be doing
* Ecommerce Trade & Campaign Execution
* Deliver onsite campaigns, promotions and trading updates across multiple websites
* Support and coordinate campaign changeovers including homepage updates, landing pages, navigation and promotional content
* Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure accuracy, functionality and a seamless customer experience
* Partner with Brand teams to bring campaign plans to life online
* Manage and maintain website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress
* Build and update landing pages, treatment pages and product content
* Merchandise products and services to maximise bookings, conversion and sales
* Ensure content is on‐brand, compliant and optimised for performance
* Coordinate the setup and launch of new products and treatments online
* Implement SEO best practices and optimise content for search visibility
* Monitor website performance and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement
* Work closely with MarTech and agency partners to deliver exceptional digital experiences
What you'll bring
* 2–4+ years' experience in ecommerce, digital trading or website content management
* Experience managing website content and campaign execution within a CMS environment
* Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising and customer journeys
* Experience working with SEO principles and website optimisation
* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
* A proactive, collaborative and solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience in the beauty, health or services industry will be highly regarded
