As a key member of our team, the Communications Support Officer will be responsible for crafting and editing high-quality communications products.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and editing social media content, talking points, media releases, speeches, and campaign collateral.
* Overseeing the design and production of branded materials, including digital assets, print products, and merchandise.
* Managing campaign merchandise, encompassing sourcing, design, distribution, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination.
* Coordinating campaign events and launches, focusing on logistics, branding, design, and stakeholder engagement.
* Liaising with Posts and Canberra-based divisions to coordinate messaging and approvals, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
* Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity.
* Proficiency in designing digital assets, print products, and merchandise.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
