What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire a high‑performing Business Banking team

* Represent CommBank as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community

What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking
* A passion for developing people and building high‑performing teams
* Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset
* Exceptional relationship‑building skills and a customer‑first approach
* A track record of driving business growth and delivering strong results
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred)
* Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
