This role oversees the successful launch of a new visitor experience centre, managing all aspects of its operations.
Responsibilities include pre-opening activities, team recruitment and training, system implementation, fit-out and launch strategy, and securing necessary licenses and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or Project Management and 7+ years of senior leadership experience in visitor attractions or complex public venues. They should also have pre-opening, commissioning, or major project delivery experience.
