Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to club pre-sales budget leveraging value‐added sales techniques to drive Goodlife's premium Diamond membership
* Generating and converting high‐quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
* Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
* Active involvement in member retention programmes, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey – recommending club‐based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Qualifications
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
* The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
* Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
* Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
* Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
