B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Role
As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and certifications on turbine engine aeroplanes in compliance with CASA and industry standards.

* Comply with and maintain an understanding of the relevant industry manuals and procedures.
* Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions published by the company.
* Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero-harm environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position.
* Report all safety-related matters in accordance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and make recommendations to improve safety, productivity, and efficiency.
* Supervise unqualified maintenance personnel.
* Complete accurate and compliant certification paperwork within Company and CASA deadlines.
* Issue Maintenance Releases in accordance with release instructions.
* Produce clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification documents.
* Perform modifications, diagnostics, and mechanical duties on one or more aircraft models involving diagnosis of malfunctions and disassembly, installation, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems.
* Have sound knowledge of annual and progressive inspection procedures set forth in aircraft maintenance manuals.
* Perform duties in a manner consistent with the latest state of the art and highest standards of safety for maintaining aircraft in the most airworthy and reliable condition for customers' safety.
* Certify for maintenance activities within delegated authority.
* Observe and comply with all standards and procedures contained within the Civil Aviation Safety Authority Regulations, as well as individual aircraft systems and maintenance.
* Ensure all maintenance and repairs are carried out to a high standard, ensuring integrity and robustness of aircraft to meet operational requirements.
* Participate in aircraft recovery when necessary.
The successful candidate will:
* Hold a CASA Part 66 B1 License.
* Type rated on a Citation 560 with a JT15 Series.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.
