Downer is seeking a proactive and skilled **Personal Assistant**to support our senior leadership team within the Transport & Infrastructure AU business. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-level administrative support to the EGM Finance & Performance, EGM People & Culture, and GM Maintenance & ITS.
**What you'll do**
- Provide executive-level administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate corporate functions, manage meeting rooms and catering.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain compliance documentation.
- Support internal projects, marketing initiatives, and team development activities.
- Assist with facility coordination at North Ryde and help administer Downer systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Foster a culture of safety and contribute to Zero Harm initiatives.Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
**What you'll bring**
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
