SAP HR Business Analyst


This role plays a vital part in transitioning legacy systems to SAP ERP. The candidate will work collaboratively with change teams to onboard employees.




Key Responsibilities



* Lead SAP HR Payroll experience in program implementation by driving innovation and process enhancements.

* Collaborate with change teams throughout the project, fostering effective communication and ensuring seamless transitions.

* Identify process improvements and gaps in HR & Payroll processes, implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.





Requirements



* Candidates should have senior-level BA or BA roles with 5+ years of experience in SAP HR environments.

* Hold in-depth knowledge of core HR & Payroll processes within SAP environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.

* Shared Services background or operational HR & Payroll expertise is highly valued in this hybrid role.




Working full-time in Australia, this position offers flexibility and requires Australian working rights.
