Key Responsibilities
* Lead SAP HR Payroll experience in program implementation by driving innovation and process enhancements.

* Identify process improvements and gaps in HR & Payroll processes, implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
* Candidates should have senior-level BA or BA roles with 5+ years of experience in SAP HR environments.
* Hold in-depth knowledge of core HR & Payroll processes within SAP environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
* Shared Services background or operational HR & Payroll expertise is highly valued in this hybrid role.
