You'll deliver rural generalist services with a focus on obstetrics and gynaecology, while working collaboratively across CQHHS, including outreach and telehealth when required.You'll also have opportunities to rotate across CQHHS facilities to maintain your procedural skills.In this role, you will:Support safe, high-quality obstetrics and gynaecology servicesContribute to clinical governance of the Midwifery Group PracticeMentor and support junior doctors, students and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in patient safety, quality improvement, audits, and service planningAs part of a connected, multi-site service, you may be required to work across CQHHS facilities in line with service needs.About you:You hold a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. The position is required to maintain registration with the Medical Board of Australia at all times.Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or evidence of acceptance as a trainee of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) or Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.Enrolment and maintenance of ongoing Continuing Medical Education (CME) program with the appropriate bodies.What we offer:Total remuneration value of up to $508,599 p.a. is comprised of:A salary rate between $187,569 - $193,436 p.a.
