Alongside operational oversight, you will nurture a reflective, supportive team culture, build strong relationships with key partners and contribute to ongoing service development and quality improvement.

This permanent full‐time position is within the Karratha Women and Children's Centre, reporting to the Program Manager. Pay is in accordance with SCHADS Level 6.1. We are open to negotiating part‐time arrangements down to 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours per week) for the right candidate.
