About the Role
We're looking for passionate, hands-on hospitality leaders who know how to make service flow — from the moment guests walk in, to the moment they leave with a smile.
You'll:
* Lead the front-of-house team with energy, confidence, and attention to detail
* Inspire and motivate a diverse team of waitstaff, bartenders, hosts, and supervisors
* Keep rosters, labour costs, and budgets on track
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Group Ops Manager to keep FOH and BOH humming together
* Bring ideas, initiative, and personality to the role — because at Junk, culture matters
What You Bring
* Experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a busy hospitality environment
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Great problem-solving ability and a calm head under pressure
* A genuine love for hospitality and creating amazing guest experiences
