About the Role
1. Conducting pre‐testing prior to eye examinations
2. Interpreting optical prescriptions with accuracy
3. Guiding patients in frame selection, with a focus on style, fit, and lifestyle needs
4. Recommending lens solutions tailored to each individual
5. Fitting, adjusting, and repairing frames
6. Providing a high level of personalised customer service
7. Managing appointment bookings and processing payments
8. Maintaining presentation of the practice and product displays
9. Liaising with suppliers and sales representatives
About You
10. Minimum 1–2 years' experience in the optical industry
11. Strong dispensing and product knowledge
12. Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
13. Passion for delivering premium customer service
14. Well‐presented with a keen eye for detail and style
15. Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
