As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the needs of all children. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
You will also ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, promoting safety and inclusivity in the process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader
* Ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children
* Promote safety and inclusivity in the workplace
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
