Description SMB customers are often at a critical stage of growth. They need better visibility, stronger financial control, and scalable systems to support expansion. NetSuite helps these businesses move beyond disconnected tools and manual processes toward a unified cloud platform. In this role, you will help Oracle NetSuite create new customer relationships, build commercial momentum in the SMB market, and support customers as they evaluate how technology can help them grow with greater confidence and control. Responsibilities Develop and progress sales opportunities across the SMB segment, with a focus on new customer acquisition. Build qualified pipeline through prospecting, lead follow-up, discovery, account research, and structured opportunity management. Engage business decision-makers to understand their priorities, challenges, buying drivers, and growth plans. Translate customer needs into a clear NetSuite value proposition, using relevant business outcomes rather than generic product messaging. Work closely with Sales Development, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Enablement, and sales leadership to move opportunities forward. Prepare and present solution proposals that reflect customer requirements, business value, and commercial fit. Manage CRM hygiene, sales process discipline, forecasting updates, and clear next steps across active opportunities. Handle customer questions and objections with confidence, escalating appropriately and using internal resources effectively.
