Responsibilities
* Become a Road Safety Hero that is held in very high esteem in our communities and vital to the safety of our kids, parents, teachers, and local motorists.
* Serve as a much‐loved familiar face around the school, with a unique opportunity to touch the lives of countless families.
* Supervise school crossings for 20 hours per fortnight, covering the fall shift between the school zone hours of 8:00–9:00AM and 2:45–3:45PM, Monday to Friday.
* Remain alert to potential dangers and communicate effectively with children, parents, teachers, and local motorists.
* Show up for your community in good or bad weather.
Qualifications
* Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment.
* All training, uniforms, and equipment will be provided.
Benefits
* Hourly rate along with superannuation.
* Compensation during school holidays from Terms1 to 3.
