Office Administrator / Reception – Part‑Time / Immediate Start

We’re a tight‑knit team, we move fast, and we value someone who can keep things calm, coordinated and professional — all while enjoying a genuinely varied day.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Front‑of‑House Legend — greet visitors, manage calls, and be the friendly voice of the business

* Scheduling & Coordination — book appointments, manage calendars, support estimating timelines

* Quote Support — assist with preparing accurate project quotations

* Fleet Management — keep vehicle servicing and compliance on track

* WHS Support — help maintain documentation and compliance (bonus if you’ve done this before)

* SiteDocs experience — highly valued but not essential

What You Bring
* Strong office admin experience (construction industry experience is essential)

* Excellent organisation and attention to detail

* Confident communicator who can work independently and with the team

* WHS familiarity is an advantage

* Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
