Customer Service Officer
to be the first point of contact for customers who have missed a payment. This isn't about escalating problems - it's about providing empathetic support and finding real solutions.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a non-judgmental approach.
Engage in sensitive conversations to understand customers' full situations.
Offer guidance to help people get back on track with their mortgage or credit card payments.
