We're looking for a curious and ambitious graduate to join the team as an SEO / AI Graduate. Whether you've just finished uni or taught yourself online, this is a chance to get hands-on experience with real clients and real campaigns, while learning from some of the top SEO professionals in the industry.

This role is for you if:
* You're genuinely interested in the digital and AI space, especially how it impacts search and content.
* You're someone who asks "why?" and enjoys figuring out how things work.
* You've played around with ChatGPT, Claude or DeepSeek and know how to get value from them. Bonus if you've used tools like or N8N.
* You take initiative and want to keep improving. We give the team access to over $100,000 worth of courses, resources, and training.
* You enjoy learning by doing and want to build something with real-world impact.
* You don't need to have SEO experience, but you've probably created something — a blog, a project site, a side hustle or a tool.
What you'll be doing:
* Write research-based content that ranks well and drives traffic.
* Brief and edit SEO-friendly articles that attract and convert customers.
* Learn keyword research, competitor analysis, and how to map content for performance.
* Understand how to run technical SEO audits and fix issues.
* Support with link building, outreach, and digital PR campaigns.
* Optimise existing content and learn how to turn data into strategy.
* Test out ideas and tools, and contribute to our internal processes and playbooks.
* Test of GEO/ LLM/ AI strategies.
* Work on company-owned affiliate assets.
What we're looking for:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a similar field, or equivalent real-world experience.
* Someone who's self-motivated, takes ownership, and wants to improve.
* Strong writing, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working across a range of industries and content types.
* Bonus if you've done any client-facing or customer service work before.
* Big bonus if you've built your own blog, newsletter, or small project — even if it didn't go anywhere.
