About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our high-volume casual workforce desk. You'll manage and grow a pool of early childhood educators, filling urgent daily shifts across multiple centres and ensuring exceptional client service.
You'll take full ownership of desk performance and be the driving force behind workforce planning, client engagement, and efficient shift fulfilment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage end-to-end casual recruitment for early childhood educators (ECE, OSHC, ECTs, Diploma, Cert III)
* Coordinate and fill urgent same-day and advanced casual bookings across multiple childcare centres
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with Centre Directors and Area Managers
* Proactively manage talent pools—sourcing, onboarding, compliance, and rostering
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, WWCC, qualifications, ratios, and safety requirements
* Mentor and develop junior recruiters
* Report on fill rates, recruitment metrics, and desk performance
What We're Looking For
* Experience in labour hire / temp recruitment is essential across any industry
* High-volume desk management experience (daily urgent shifts preferred)
* Strong understanding of compliance and workforce planning
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
* Energetic, proactive, and confident in client engagement
Early childhood sector experience is highly regarded but not essential — we can teach you the industry if you bring the recruitment drive
