The Growth & Engagement Lead is responsible for growing the AFL Northern Territory community umpire membership base through dedicated brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement, event management, and lead generation.
In supporting positive environments and opportunities for development, the successful candidate will deliver retention and engagement strategies that contribute to umpires coming to and staying in the game, ensuring there are sufficient umpires to support community football.
Day In The Life - Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase community umpire membership.
2. Manage brand awareness and reputation through effective marketing campaigns.
3. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and lead generation.
4. Liaise with teams to ensure smooth execution of events and activities.
