The Analytics and Sales program is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Bloomberg products and clients in the wider context of financial markets. Following our comprehensive training program, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department.

Analytics Support
In our Analytics business, you will provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users worldwide and across multiple industries. Clients reach us via our Helpdesk using the 'Instant Bloomberg' chat system; we answer their questions and help them maximize the value of Bloomberg's products. Each day we respond to over 12,000 queries in more than 15 languages, ranging from educating portfolio managers on risk management solutions to helping traders discover new sources of market liquidity.
Training and Career Development
Bloomberg constantly innovates, and Analytics plays a key role in ensuring clients are educated on new products and enhancements by proactively working closely to upskill them through technology and delivering on‐site training and seminars. We also collaborate with Sales to deliver strategic initiatives, support product roll‐out, and onboard clients. As you deepen your knowledge, you may transition into our Sales department, where you manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and grow revenue.

You'll Need To Have
* A Bachelor's degree (or above) or relevant work experience
* Demonstrated interest in the financial markets and aspiration to work in the financial services industry
* Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem‐solving skills
* The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‐paced dynamic environment
* Ambition for a client‐facing career focused on relationship management and sales
* Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Fluency in English (written and verbal)
* Legal authorization to work full‐time in Australia without needing visa sponsorship now or in the future
* Ability to start a full‐time role by August 2026
* Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holidays (weekday off in lieu)
We'd love to see
* Demonstrated practical exposure to Python or other coding languages (preferable)
* Previous experience in client relationship management
* Beginner to intermediate experience with Excel and/or VBA
