Level 2 Desktop Support deploy, troubleshoot and imaging Windows devices – 2 month contract – 4 days in office per week
* 2 month contract – 4 days in office per week
* Experience imaging laptops and desktops
* Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Familiarity with ITSM and asset management systems
This hands‐on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, deploying and supporting modern Windows devices and providing reliable second‐level technical support in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Image laptops and desktops using approved build and deployment tools
* Record and maintain accurate device information in the Asset Management System
* Deploy new devices to staff and assist with first‐time login and user setup
* Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 upgrades and post‐upgrade issues
* Resolve Level 2 support tickets including driver issues, hardware faults, and operating system problems
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities including device preparation and returns
* Document fixes, update tickets, and provide clear handover notes for team continuity
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience providing Level 2 desktop or end‐user support
* Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Experience with device imaging, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting
* Familiarity with ITSM and asset management systems
