Euro Facade Solutions is a premium supplier and manufacturer of European minimal window systems, servicing distributors and projects across Australia and New Zealand.
We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Pakenham.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and experience managing factory staff, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day factory operations and help drive productivity, organisation, and accountability across the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily factory operations and production workflow
* Manage and supervise factory staff
* Coordinate manufacturing schedules and project deadlines
* Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain quality control standards across all production
* Liaise with management regarding workflow, priorities, and operational requirements
* Improve efficiency, organisation, and communication within the factory
* Monitor stock, materials, and equipment requirements
* Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed
About You:
* Previous experience in a factory management or production supervisor role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage staff and keep production running efficiently
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
* Experience in aluminium windows, glazing, manufacturing, construction, or facade systems highly regarded
* Experience working with European window systems or minimal systems will be highly advantageous
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
