A national property team with an established leasing practice is hiring for a lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE leasing experience in Sydney.
The work
Join an established national group who focus on property matters for clients across a broad range of industries. This role will have a focus on commercial, retail & industrial leasing, for both lessor and lessee. The matters are genuinely broad and include: agreements for lease, assignments, variations, surrenders, plus the day-to-day file management that goes with running your own portfolio. You'll get supervision from seniors as needed, in addition to the autonomy on offer.
The firm's property practice spans multiple asset classes, including retail centres, offices, industrial, mixed-use, aged care and agriculture, so the matters won't be confined to one particular area.
What you'll bring
* 2+ years PQE with NSW retail and commercial leasing experience
* Working knowledge of PEXA, Revenue NSW, and the LRS Registrar General's Guidelines as they apply to leasing
