Corporate Education Manager Role Overview
The Corporate Education Manager leads the delivery and growth of Monash Business School's portfolio of premium bespoke and open corporate education programs, including both award and non-award offerings. Working closely with senior leaders, the role is responsible for shaping and implementing the School's corporate education strategy, driving program growth and diversification, and overseeing the management of the Corporate Education budget and professional team.
This role provides strategic leadership across governance, compliance, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring programs meet complex regulatory and accreditation requirements. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal and external partners, support the full client engagement lifecycle, and contribute to business development, marketing and recruitment activities that strengthen the School's corporate education pipeline and revenue growth.
As the successful candidate, you will bring substantial experience in executive or corporate education, learning and development, or a related higher education environment, together with strong leadership capability and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You are an accomplished people leader with proven experience managing high‐performing teams, providing strategic and policy advice, and successfully delivering complex programs and projects within large and dynamic organisations.
You will also possess highly developed organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels. Experience in business development, stakeholder engagement and industry partnership development will be highly regarded, along with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, lead change initiatives and deliver innovative, client‐focused solutions.
