Your New Role And Responsibilities
* Prepare and process monthly customer invoices in line with contract requirements, including responding to customer billing enquiries and participating in client discussions as required.
* Support cash flow forecasting, billing reconciliations, and associated reporting activities.
* Work closely with Program Finance and Project teams to ensure billing accuracy across contracts and projects.
* Assist with month-end billing deadlines and the timely completion of billing deliverables.
* Support process improvement initiatives across billing and finance workflows.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Commerce (completed or near completion), with desirable experience supporting invoicing or billing activities and familiarity with project‐based or government contract environments.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet recurring monthly deadlines.
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets.
* Proactive, team‐oriented, and keen to develop finance capability in a project environment.
Additional Employment Requirements
Australian citizen required. Must be willing to obtain and hold a minimum baseline security clearance.
