We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Morley Galleria team.
No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
8. Support, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets.
9. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
10. Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store.
11. Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
12. Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
13. Create a safe working environment for your team and customers.
About you
14. Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
15. Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
16. Exceptional time management and organisational skills
17. Confidence to provide and improvement feedback to your team.
18. Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
