Join a well established logistics business where you will help to build & grow the warehouse team. In this role you will ensure best practices are being applied, streamline warehouse processes, oversee daily activities, prioritise tasks, and ensure all customers are satisfied.

Standard Duties and Responsibilities
* Implement best operational processes throughout the warehouse environment
* Prioritise, and allocate tasks for warehouse employees
* Manage paperwork, ensure processes are followed by all staff
* Maintain safety and security within the warehouse environment
* Provide outstanding level of customer service at all times
* Ensure stock levels & reporting are maintained as per agreed process
* Implement any training deemed necessary for staff growth, and improvement
The successful candidate will possess
* Warehousing / Logistics / Transport experience
* Excellent communication skills with customers
* Problem solving and people management skills
* Cargowise & Freight Tracker experience would be preferred
