Stokes Racing is seeking a highly organised and proactive Strategy & Operations Manager to support the stable's growth, racing performance and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong racing knowledge and excellent planning, communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support business growth strategies, owner engagement and new opportunities
* Assist with race planning, programming, form analysis and pre-race preparation
* Maintain data and reporting across horse performance, operations and PRISM systems
* Identify workflow improvements and support implementation of new processes
* Assist with recruitment, owner acquisition and bloodstock activities
* Work closely with Phillip and Tommy Stokes to execute long-term strategic goals
Skills & Experience
* Racing industry experience essential
* Strong decision-making, organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with ability to work independently
* PRISM software experience highly regarded
