Parts Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts for service work orders, assisting with enquiries, and coordinating freight and back orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen
* Organizing parts on service work orders
* Assisting with parts enquiries
* Allocating freight onto service work orders
* Monitoring parts and service back orders
* Assisting team with part availability and freight costs/quotes
* External supplier purchase orders
* Monitoring service core
Requirements:
* Previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly computer literate
* Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail
* Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded
* Local valid driver's license

Work Arrangements:
* Full-time / 38 hours per week
* Mon - Fri 07:54-16:00
* Overtime as required – penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
* Rostered on-call and Saturdays
